at Kiolbassa Picnic

Kiolbassa Provision Company, a San Antonio-based family business, hosted a picnic for Alamo Celiac GIG on Friday, 7 July, at Chicken Paradise, the home of San Antonio Celiac Support Group Chair Anne Barfield. Kiolbassa provided their delicious sausages plus brisket, pinto beans, cole slaw, and potato salad – all gluten free! Bill Taylor, weatherman for KENS TV, Channel 5, did the weather forecast from the picnic and interviewed several people on the air. The event gave a tremendous opportunity to generate celiac awareness and has resulted in a number of people contacting us for more information.
